Description
Food supplement based on guar seeds and gymnema extract, with glucomannan. Guar seeds are useful for modulating/limiting the absorption of nutrients and facilitating the feeling of satiety. Gymnema leaves intervene in the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids and in controlling the feeling of hunger.
Ingredients
Corn starch, guar (Cyamopsos tetragonoloba L. Taub.) seeds, glucomannan (Amorphopallus konjac K. Koch) root; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; gymnema [Gymnema sylvestre (Retz) R.Br.] leaf es tit. 25% gymnemic acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
Gluten free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 2-3 tablets, to be swallowed with plenty of water at least one hour before each of the two main meals. It is recommended to drink plenty of water even after taking the tablets.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle, with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, more than three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
