Valerian promotes relaxation and sleep.
Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 ovalette per day.
The beneficial effect of reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
The beneficial effect of alleviating the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
