Description
Food supplement based on nopal, glucomannan and extracts of white mulberry, gymnema, olive, Cassia nomame, with policosanols and chromium. Gymnema and olive promote carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Gymnema also helps control the feeling of hunger, and olive has an antioxidant action. Cassia nomame contributes to triglyceride and cholesterol metabolism and, together with nopal, promotes body weight balance. Nopal also limits nutrient absorption. Olive and white mulberry promote regular blood pressure. White mulberry contributes to carbohydrate metabolism. Chromium contributes to maintaining normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism.

Directions for use
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, fill it with plenty of still water (150-200 ml) at room temperature, mix well until the powder is completely dissolved. Take one sachet 10-15 minutes before each of the two main meals. It is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Warnings
The product is not a substitute for a varied diet; it must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Due to the presence of glucomannan, there is a possible choking hazard for people with swallowing difficulties or if ingested without adequate fluid intake. To reach the stomach, it must always be taken with plenty of water.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and/or heat sources.
