Replacing saturated fats with healthy fats in your diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels and has also been shown to reduce blood cholesterol.

Linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.); modified starch: hydroxypropylated corn starch; firming agent: glycerol; Evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis L.), Extra virgin olive fruit oil (Olea europaea L.); gelling agent: carrageenan; Rice bran seed oil (Oryza sativa L.), sea buckthorn fruit oil (Hippophae rhamnoides L.), acidity regulator: disodium phosphate.
