Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts of ashwagandha and lavender.
Ashwagandha root (withania) has tonic-adaptogenic properties, it is a tonic in case of physical and mental tiredness, useful for relaxation and mental well-being.
Lavender promotes relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and relieve the effects of jet lag.
Lemon flavor.
Contains no added sugars, artificial flavors, artificial colors and GMOs.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) root hydroglyceric extract 1/2 D/E, lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix) flowers eg D/E 1/2, melatonin, purified water; stabilizer: glycerol; polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; acidifier: citric acid, natural flavor; preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.
Gluten free.

1-2 ml per day (using the graduated dropper), as is or diluted in a little water, in the evening before going to bed.
