The product is obtained through a blending process of the must from the best Emilian grapes, slowly cooked, and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, aged for a long time in oak barrels.
The final product is a glaze with 100% natural ingredients, without added sugars, without colorants or thickeners, which is creamy and characterized by a sweet and sour aroma, ideal for seasoning hot and cold dishes.
GMO free.
How to use
Product suitable for all types of consumers, to be consumed without further processing and particularly suitable with fresh and boiled vegetables, on boiled meats, for making sauces and for all types of taste and according to preference in food.

Cooked grape must, "Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI" 39% (Cooked grape must, wine vinegar), antioxidant: sulphites.
The product contains sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations greater than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre in terms of total SO2 (<170 PPM)

The product has an acidity of approximately 4%, so its shelf life is more than three years from the date of production if the container is sealed and stored at room temperature.
