How to use
It is recommended not to use pure essential oils but to always dilute them appropriately. For external use, they can be diluted in an emollient oil (for example almond oil, extra virgin olive oil or other oils) and used to make hair compresses or to massage the skin. You can add a few drops to the bath, sauna or a pot of boiling water to make inhalations. In addition, essential oils can be used in vaporizers or aroma lamps to purify and perfume environments.
