Description
Food supplement of vitamin B1, vitamin B6, melatonin with plant extracts of griffonia, magnolia, lemon balm, Valeriana officinalis and St. John's wort.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; griffonia, lemon balm and St. John's wort can promote mental well-being and normal mood; valerian can promote relaxation and sleep.
Ingredients
Melatonin, Griffonia simplicifolia, Magnolia officinalis, Valeriana officinalis, Hypericum perforatum, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, Melissa officinalis.
How to use
One tablet per day to be taken one hour before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not take before driving or using machinery that requires special attention.
If you are taking medications, seek medical advice before using the product because St. John's Wort can interfere with their metabolism, even inhibiting their activity. St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescence.
Conservation
Store in a cool (<25°C), dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
