adjuvant detergent in the treatment of fungal infections. Micodet ph 4.5 is a specific active detergent for cleansing the skin and scalp. It acts as an adjuvant in the case of specific dermatological treatments. It is recommended for those who regularly frequent hot and humid environments such as gyms, swimming pools, sports facilities or spas, or in the case of travel in critical climate zones and with low hygiene standards.
