Valerian root es (Valeriana officinalis L.) tit. 0.42% in valerenic acid; bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; coating agents: calcium carbonate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, stearic acid; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vanillin.

Take 1-2 tablets daily, as needed, shortly before bedtime.
