Vitamins B2, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine), folic acid, biotin (vitamin H), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning.
