Effects Reference:
Berberis aristata: regular functioning of the cardiovascular system;
fenugreek: carbohydrate, triglyceride and cholesterol metabolism;
Gynostemma pentafillum: carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
Ingredients
Berberis aristata (Berberis aristata DC., cortex ex ramis) es tit. 97% in berberine, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L., semen), es D/E: 4/1, milk thistle [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn., fructus] es tit. 80% silymarin, astaxanthin 5% microalgae powder Haematococcus pluvialis Flotow, Gynostemma pentafillum (Gynostemma pentafillum [Thunb.] Makino, herba) tit. 80% in gypenosides; bulking agent: sorbitol; fermented red rice (Oryza sativa L., caryopses fermented with Monascus purpureus Went.) tit. 5% total monacolins, coenzyme Q10, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), Bifidobacterium longum BB536, octacosanol 5% (mixture of policosanols titrated at 5% in octacosanol), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (E 470b), talc (E533b); acidifier: citric acid; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), chromium picolinate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid). Coating agents: modified starch (E1420), talc (E533b), shellac in aqueous solution (E904/E527), glycerol (E422), tartrazine (E102), red iron oxide (E172).

How to use
1 tablet per day, preferably shortly before the main meal.
