Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, hawthorn extracts, passion flower, lemon balm, valerian and vitamin B6. Melatonin taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. In addition, melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking it shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Valerian useful for promoting relaxation and mental well-being. Passion flower helps promote relaxation and mental well-being.
