Description
Food supplement that provides 4 types of iron with vitamin C, inulin and plant extracts.
It contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to the consequent reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The association with vitamin C allows maximum assimilation of iron and protects the body from the harmful action of free radicals.
Highly bioavailable formulation that guarantees maximum efficacy and digestibility.
Gastro-resistant bilayer tablets with gradual release of iron and vitamin C for better assimilation of high intakes without gastric disturbances.
Ingredients
In 1 capsule : bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; inulin 110 mg, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), micronized iron pyrophosphate (ferric pyrophosphate, rapeseed lecithins, sodium chloride, maltodextrin), iron bisglycinate; anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; iron pidolate; coating agents: shellac, polyvinylpyrrolidone, acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; iron fumarate, rose hip ( Rosa canina L. ) fruit es 20 mg standardized to 50% in vitamin C, black pepper ( Piper nigrum L. ) fruit es 1.6 mg tit. 95% in piperine. Total iron supplied 30 mg and total vitamin C supplied 100 mg. No artificial colors.
Gluten and lactose free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a little water or other liquid, preferably before the main meal.
Treatment can be continued for up to two months after the hemoglobin level has returned to normal, to restore iron stores.
Warnings
Avoid use in case of liver disease and hemochromatosis, repeated transfusions, hemolytic anemia, known hypersensitivity to iron, feverish states, viral infections, pulmonary tuberculosis, uterine hemorrhages.
Do not consume coffee or tea within one hour of taking the product, as they decrease the absorption of iron.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
