Description
Food supplement based on wheat germ oil that promotes lipid metabolism and has an antioxidant action. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Wheat germ oil is obtained by simple cold pressing after germination of the seed, without the use of solvents, it represents a concentrate of the lipid fraction of the germ. The vitamin E naturally present also allows to preserve all the organoleptic properties of the product for a long time. It is a product without preservatives, GMO free and not irradiated.
Property
Wheat germ oil is rich in omega 6 (linoleic acid) and omega 3 (linolenic acid) fatty acids. It also contains triterpene alcohols, sterols and, compared to common seed oils, has the highest content of tocopherols, especially vitamin E. It is very rich in octacosanol, a long-chain saturated aliphatic fatty acid that can be useful in sports for its ergogenic properties. Furthermore, it reduces triglycerides, increases the concentration of free fatty acids and, by stimulating peripheral lipoprotein lipase, increases the entry of lipids into skeletal muscles.
Wheat germ oil contributes to improving the lipid profile (cholesterol and triglycerides), maintaining physiological blood pressure and optimizing the defense system against free radicals.
Vitamin E penetrates through the stratum corneum and the epidermis to the dermis, where it improves capillary circulation by increasing the use of oxygen and nutrients by the tissues. Due to its soothing action, it also improves various skin disorders, such as itchy skin, mild sunburn and abrasions. It also has a nourishing and protective action, useful for dry and sensitive skin with a tendency to rosacea and for the treatment of skin aging.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons a day to be taken pure or to season raw salads, cereals, soups, pasta. For cosmetic use apply with a suitable massage until completely absorbed. For hair: distribute as a compress and leave on for 30-60 minutes before shampooing.
