Food supplement in oral spray based on linden, Californian poppy, passionflower and melatonin with sublingual absorption that contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep and counteracts night awakenings. It is also useful in case of alteration of the sleep-wake rhythm, jet-lag problems, night shifts and insomnia in the elderly.2 sprays are equal to 1 mg of melatonin.

How to use
Take 2 sprays per day.
