Description
Phytotherapeutic formula based on valerian root enhanced with hemp seed powder, developed to promote relaxation and help physiological night rest even in case of stress. The high concentration of the functional principle promotes optimal sleep if taken before bed.
Ingredients
Valerian root powder (Valeriana officinalis L.), valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) tit. 0.8% valerenic acid, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; hemp seed powder (Cannabis sativa L.), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day to be swallowed with a little water.
Warnings
Do not use if breastfeeding, taking sedative, antiepileptic or hypnotic drugs.
Avoid in depression and insomnia with restlessness in the morning.
