With zinc, magnesium, selenium, pantothenic acid and vitamin E.
Contains vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, magnesium and pantothenic acid which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, zinc and selenium which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Creatine monohydrate; acidifier: tartaric acid; flavourings; thickener: isomalt; acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride, magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, L-aspartic acid, zinc gluconate, carnosine, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; L-glutamine; calcium D-pantothenate, L-selenomethionine; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Take 1 sachet per day dissolved in 200 ml of water.
