Description
Food supplement based on melatonin.
Melatonin, at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, has a beneficial effect by helping to reduce the time required to fall asleep.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; anti-caking agent: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; bulking agents: xylitol, dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; melatonin, flavouring; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day to dissolve in the mouth.
