Description
FiberPasta is a low glycemic index pasta (certified GI 23). It has a high fiber content (15g x 100g), more than double the fiber compared to wholemeal pasta, and has the flavor of traditional pasta. Thanks to its low glycemic index, FiberPasta is recommended by nutritionists in diabetic diets, for weight and cholesterol control, thanks to the contribution of soluble fiber that provides satiety, reduces the absorption of fats and sugars, and offers benefits to the intestinal bacterial flora. FiberPasta is also used in the sports field and recommended by sports doctors in athletes' diets, thanks to the slow release of carbohydrates that maintains energy for a prolonged time, avoiding glycemic peaks.
