ORANGE BLOSSOMItalian organic honey. It does not undergo heat treatments above 40° and any resulting crystallization indicates the product's high quality. Antispasmodic and sedative, therefore recommended for nervous and anxious individuals, and in cases of migraine, insomnia, and palpitations.
Characteristics:
Produced in a historical beekeeping operation, organized to follow the different flowering seasons in various regions of Italy. Orange Blossom Honey is amber-yellow when soft, and amber-white when slightly pasty. It has the characteristic fresh and penetrating scent of the original flower, and a delicate, slightly acidic taste.
