It has a beneficial effect on the body's ability to maintain the level of immune defenses.
How to use
The recommended dose is between 3 and 6 tablets per day. Alternatively, for the 250 g biomass powder package, the recommended use is 2 scoops per day (each scoop contains 2g). The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole, preferably using warm water. Alternatively, the biomass powder can be mixed with meals.

Poria (Poria cocus) biomass - mycelium.
For tablet packaging only; bulking agents: vegetable stearic acid, methylcellulose, silica; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
