St. John's Wort Oil
Description
To make this oil, the flowering tops of St. John's Wort were used, picked in their balsamic time, which coincides with the summer solstice, the feast of St. John from which this plant takes its name. The yellow flowers of St. John's Wort, once picked, are placed in the oil to macerate in the sun for a lunar cycle. The oil thus obtained takes on an intense red reflection whose energetic properties are well suited to massages and frictions in areas affected by joint pain, rheumatism and to all occasions in which one wants to find the right balance of vitality and vigor.
How to use
Pour about a tablespoon of oil into your hand and then apply it to the desired area. The amount may vary depending on the degree of hydration of the skin and the duration of the massage.
Warnings
For external use. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
Conservation
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place.
