Gelatin capsule, phytosterols from pine trees (Pinus species, trunk) e.g., cysteine hydrochloride, ferrous bisglycinate, coenzyme Q10, zinc bisglycinate, bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss, surculi young shoots) e.g.; bulking agent: cellulose; copper gluconate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), L-selenomethionine, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), D-biotin (biotin), folate (pteroylglutamic acid).

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily with water.
