Description
Meat substitute preparation, ideal for preparing meatballs, ragù and other recipes as a substitute for minced meat, rich in fibre.
Ingredients
Deglutinated wheat starch, corn starch, dextrose; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar seed flour, carob seed flour; vegetable fibre (psyllium); raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; vegetable margarine [vegetable fats and oils (palm, palm kernel, rapeseed), water, salt; emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; natural flavouring], sugar, water, yeast, dried carrots, caramelised sugar, parsley, tomato extract, maltodextrin, salt, apple extract, thyme, flavouring; emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
Gluten free. No added milk , soy , or eggs . No preservatives.
