Food for special medical purposes.
Indicated for the dietary management of chronic kidney failure or other diseases requiring a low-protein diet. In case of chronic kidney failure, it is recommended to follow a diet with reduced sodium, potassium, and phosphorus intake.
Ingredients
Corn starch, potato starch, rice starch, thickener: cellulose; chicory inulin, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice flour, safflower extract, coloring: beta-carotene.
May contain soy.
Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes (about 2 liters of water for 80 g of pasta, salt the water according to medical prescription) stirring regularly.
Warnings
To be used under medical supervision.
Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
For patients undergoing levodopa therapy, the degree of any dysphagia and any issues of malnutrition due to deficiency that may arise under protein restriction conditions should be assessed.
