Description
Low-protein piadina, rich in fiber, low in sodium, potassium and phosphorus.
Ingredients
Corn starch, water, rice flour; humectant: sorbitol; sunflower seed oil, vegetable fiber (psyllium); thickeners: cellulose, guar flour, carob seed flour; rice starch, chicory inulin, natural flavors; acidifier: tartaric acid; salt.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
It can be prepared in two ways:
- cook in a preheated pan for 2-3 minutes;
- cook in a (fan) oven preheated to 190°C for approximately 3 minutes.
Warnings
Intended for the dietary management of individuals with chronic renal failure or other conditions requiring a low-protein diet. Use under medical supervision. Not suitable as the sole nutritional source.
