READY-TO-USE LACTIC ACID BUFFER

Trimethylglycine (TMG), in association with unsaturated fatty acids, has proven useful in reducing the production of lactic acid and in increasing resistance to effort by delaying fatigue.

How to use:
- Pre-race: 1 dose per day for three days, including the day of the race;
- Prevention: 1 dose every other day for 15 administrations;
- Tying-up: 1 dose in the morning and one in the evening for at least 6 days.

Components:
propylene glycol monoesters; dextrose monohydrate; efa (essential fatty acids: oleic acid mg 28,500, linoleic acid mg 23,500, lipoic acid mg 13,500) from sunflower seed oil; precipitated and dried silicic acid; skimmed milk powder; soya lecithin; E124.
