Sono ricchi di pregiate proteine e contengono tutti gli 8 aminoacidi essenziali nella giusta ed equilibrata proporzione necessaria all’alimentazione umana.
Valido anche l’apporto vitaminico (soprattutto per la vitamina E), di sali minerali (calcio, magnesio e potassio) e grassi insaturi (Omega 3 e Omega 6).
Modalità d'uso
30 g al giorno in aggiunta ad insalate, dolci, cereali, zuppe ecc.
