Description
Food supplement based on Vitamin D3 that contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, promotes normal calcium levels in the blood and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. In addition, vitamin D3 promotes the normal function of the immune system and contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet of Vidos D per day to be swallowed with plenty of water for periods of at least 3/4 months, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor.
It is recommended to take after a meal.
In order to achieve the positive effect of vitamin D on the sleep center of the hypothalamus, and thus sleep better at night, it is advisable to take it after dinner.
