Melatonin food supplement.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag**. Chamomile and passion flower promote rest and, together with hawthorn, lemon balm and mandarin, promote relaxation and mental well-being. Hops, Californian poppy and linden are useful in case of stress to promote relaxation and sleep.*
**The beneficial effects are obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed, the following: 1 mg of melatonin (sleep); a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at the destination (jet-lag).

Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) flowers and leaves, common chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flower heads (flowers), microcrystalline cellulose°, gum arabic°, hops (Humulus lupulus) cones (female flowers), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) herb with flowers, silicon dioxide°°, Californian poppy (Eschscholtzia californica) herb, lime (Tilia platyphyllos) flowers, mandarin (Citrus reticulata) fruit peel EO, melatonin, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin°°.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet (0.4 g) before going to sleep. To reduce the jet-lag effect, it is recommended to start taking it on the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arriving at your destination.
