Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg, shortly before bedtime). Magnesium can combat tiredness and fatigue by promoting energy metabolism. It contributes to the functioning of the nervous system and maintains normal psychological functions. It intervenes in the processes of cell division, promotes electrolyte balance, protein synthesis, normal muscle function and the well-being of bones and teeth.
