Description
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag.
The beneficial effects are obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed, the following: 1 mg of melatonin (sleep); a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at the destination (jet-lag).
Product suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Bidistilled vegetable glycerin, ethyl alcohol (Alcoolvis: alcohol purified with the method invented by Dr. Giorgini), pure water, melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 drop (0.03 ml) before going to sleep. To reduce the jet-lag effect, it is recommended to start taking it on the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arriving at your destination. Apply one drop under the tongue and wait about 1 minute before swallowing. Dropper included in the package.
