DescrizioneWafers farciti con crema alla vaniglia (crema 75%) senza glutine. 3 cialde di wafer con 2 strati di farcitura alla vaniglia. Il prodotto è formulato specificatamente per consumatori celiaci ed è privo di lattosio; non ci sono comunque prescrizioni al consumo da parte del consumatore non sensibile.
Ingredienti
Olio di cocco, sciroppo di glucosio, fecola di patate, zucchero, farina di riso, latte* scremato in polvere senza lattosio; emulsionante: lecitina di soia; sale; addensante: farina di guar; agente lievitante: sodio bicarbonato; aroma naturale, bacche di vaniglia (0,02% nella crema).
Può contenere tracce di nocciole e altra frutta a guscio.
*Il prodotto contiene glucosio e galattosio in conseguenza della scissione del lattosio. Lattosio <0,1%.
