Description
Highly absorbable Magnesium citrate food supplement, one of the forms in which Magnesium is most absorbable. Magnesium is an essential mineral for muscle contraction, reducing cramps, and for supporting the cardiovascular system. It promotes the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, which makes it essential especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for post-menopausal women. It is also beneficial during the menstrual cycle and in premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, Binding agent: Maltodextrin; Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Coating agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Anti-caking agents: Vegetable stearic acid, Silicone dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate; Humectant: Glycerin; Stabilizer: Croscarmellose sodium.

No added salt, sugar, colors, preservatives or artificial flavors.
Free from Yeast , Soy , Gluten , Wheat and Milk derivatives ( lactose ).

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years of age, two tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to seek medical advice.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
