TSA (spagyric-alchemical tincture of solanimus RE 1/5) of: valerian (valeriana officinalis) root 1.75 g; California poppy (eschscholtzia californica) flowering plant 0.70 g; chamomile (matricaria chamomilla) flowers 0.35 g; sweet clover (melilotus officinalis) flowering tops 0.28 g; hop (humulus lupulus) flowers 0.14 g; lemon balm (melissa officinalis) leaves 0.14 g; corn poppy (papaver rhoeas) petals 0.14 g.
How to use
25-30 drops, in a little water, 2-3 times a day or as needed.
Insomnia: 70-100 drops, in a little water, 10 minutes before going to bed.
