Description
Food supplement based on tryptophan, melatonin, lemon balm and vitamin B6. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**. Lemon balm contributes to relaxation and mental well-being, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
*This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
**This effect is achieved by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Ingredients
Purified water, fructose, L-tryptophan, lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) tit. 2.5% in hydroxycinnamic derivatives expressed as rosmarinic acid; preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; flavouring, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); thickener: xanthan gum; melatonin; acidifier: citric acid.
Gluten free.

How to use
1 ml daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.
It is recommended to shake the product well before use. To administer the product, use the dosing syringe contained in the package.
