Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is a precursor to melatonin.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions.
Ingredients
Fructose, purified water, L-tryptophan, vitamin B6 hydrochloride, melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavouring; thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
0.5 ml once daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.
It is recommended to shake the bottle well before use and to administer the product directly into the mouth, or diluted in non-alcoholic beverages, using the graduated dropper contained inside the package. After use, close the bottle with the dropper cap.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
