Humana melamil MELATONIN SPRAY
Description
Food supplement based on melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and to alleviating the effects of jet lag.
Sublingual administration allows for rapid absorption.
The beneficial effect of reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
The beneficial effect on jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Ingredients
Purified water; stabiliser: glycerol; melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; thickeners: xanthan gum, tragacanth gum; natural flavouring; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten-free.

One spray once a day, 30 minutes before bedtime, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
Shake well before use and spray directly into the oral cavity, avoiding contact of the dispenser with the mouth. Spray under the tongue for faster absorption.
