Maltodextrin, water; humectant: glycerol (E422), sorbitol (E420); wild berry flavouring, chamomile (Matricaria Camomilla L.) flower dry extract, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Miller) flower dry extract; firming agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone vinyl acetate copolymer (E1208); vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), melatonin; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (E433); colourings: iron oxides and hydroxides (E 172); acidifier: citric acid (E330); sweeteners: sucralose (E955), sodium cyclamate (E952), acesulfame K (E950).

How to use
It should not be taken with water, it dissolves in a few seconds once placed on the tongue. It can be taken at any time and in any condition, even by people with difficulty swallowing, bedridden or in particularly fragile conditions. It is recommended to take 1 orodispersible film per day 30 minutes before falling asleep unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.
