Dosage and Directions for Use
Apply the gel 2-3 times a day with a bottom-up massage until absorbed, in the affected regions, both painful and swollen. The gel form makes absorption particularly rapid and the application gives an immediate benefit.

It is recommended to avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to damaged skin.
