Description
Gel based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid in the form of hyalusomes, panthenol, and vitamin E with moisturizing and hydrating action, indicated for dryness and inflammation of the nasal mucosa.
The gel is characterized by high mucoadhesiveness and prolonged "in situ" presence, properties that make it a suitable complement to replenish the liquid film covering the nasal mucosa.
- Hyaluronic acid keeps the nasal mucosa hydrated and promotes repair processes. It forms a protective and moisturizing layer with a barrier effect.
- Panthenol, in addition to its well-known moisturizing properties, has an emollient and soothing action. It is essential in maintaining the normal function of epithelial cells, especially during regeneration phases.
- Vitamin E has antioxidant properties. Thanks to its innovative patented formulation, based on a new lipid-polymer technology (hyalusomes) with hyaluronic acid, it enhances the moisturizing, re-epithelizing, emollient, soothing, and antioxidant action of the formulation's components.
Indications:
- nasal irritation from rhinorrhea due to colds and various forms of rhinitis;
- dryness and atrophy of the nasal mucosa caused by pathological conditions (allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis);
- consequences of epistaxis, including traumatic;
- undesirable effects caused by pharmacological treatments (decongestants, corticosteroids, antihistamines) or contact with irritating external agents (dust, smoke, smog, pollen microorganisms);
- postoperative nasal surgery;
- endoscopic examinations and/or packing maneuvers;
- hypersensitivity resulting from prolonged use of oxygen therapy devices;
- prevention and treatment of chapping from colds in perinasal areas.

Instructions for use
Apply 3 or 4 times a day, as needed.
Use for a maximum of 30 consecutive days or as directed by a doctor.
1. Thoroughly clean the nose.
2. Open the tube and insert the nozzle into one nostril, apply a dose of gel by gently pressing the tube. Repeat in the other nostril.
3. Gently massage the base of the nose externally to evenly distribute the product within the nasal cavities.
4. Clean the nozzle and close the container tightly after use.
In case of irritation of the perinasal area, also apply the product to the skin around the nostrils. In case of therapy with drugs such as decongestants, corticosteroids, and antihistamines, apply the product at least 30 minutes after pharmacological treatment.
Frequency of use: the duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms.
If necessary, it can be administered for a prolonged period.

Components
Sodium hyaluronate (1.5%), panthenol (0.5%), vitamin E acetate (0.25%), glycerin, lecithin, ethylhexylglycerin, phenoxyethanol, purified water.

Warnings
Keep out of sight and reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow. Do not use the product if the packaging is not intact. Do not use the product after the expiration date. Do not exceed the recommended dose without medical advice. The use, especially if prolonged, of all topical products could lead to sensitization phenomena. If this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor to establish appropriate therapy. No interactions of the device and its metabolism products with other devices, medicines, and other substances are known, as are contraindications, undesirable side effects, and risks related to overdose. If undesirable effects are observed, inform your doctor or pharmacist. It should not be used in case of hypersensitivity or confirmed allergy to any of the components or other related chemical substances. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the product should be taken only if strictly necessary and under direct medical supervision; before use, consult your doctor and evaluate with him the risk/benefit ratio of your case. If you are planning a pregnancy or think you are pregnant, it is advisable to talk to your doctor before taking the product.

Store at temperatures below 30°C.
