DescriptionIt is a food supplement for the support of bone tissue and muscle function. Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism. Magnesium, manganese, zinc and vitamins D3 and K2 contribute to maintaining bone health, while lithothamnium promotes the trophism of bone tissue. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue while magnesium and potassium contribute to regular muscle function. Vitamin D3 also reduces the risk of falling associated with postural instability and muscle weakness: falls are a risk factor for bone fractures in men and women over 60 years of age.
High in zinc, magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2, source of manganese and potassium.
Ingredients
Potassium bicarbonate, magnesium citrate, lithothamnium calcareum [Phymatolithon calcareum (Pallas) WHAdey & DLMc, thallus] powder tit. 32% calcium and 2% magnesium, young bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad., surculi) tit. 70% silica, zinc gluconate; bulking agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose, microencapsulated vitamin K2 (menaquinone), manganese citrate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
May contain traces of fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
It does not contain preservatives, colorants, flavorings, gluten and lactose .

How to use
1 or 2 sachets per day (1 sachet equals 2.5 g) to be dissolved in a glass of water and drunk by sipping slowly (1 sachet 2 hours after lunch, 1 sachet 2 hours after dinner).
