Cimicifuga is useful for combating menopausal disorders, vitamin D helps maintain normal bones and muscle function. Ingredients
Glycine; bulking agent: isomalt; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; resveratrol (from knotweed roots, Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold & Zucc.), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), medium chain triglycerides; acidity regulator: citric acid; orange flavouring, black cohosh [Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt., rhizome] eg; antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate; L-arginine (2.1 mg/bst), melatonin; sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Take one sachet daily in the evening, one hour before bedtime. Pour the powder directly into your mouth under your tongue, allowing it to absorb. Do not swallow or take with water.
Warnings
Do not administer and keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
