How to use
Mix 5 g (1 scoop) 3 times a day in approximately 200 ml of water, fruit juice, etc. and drink immediately. The beneficial effect of glucomannan is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
Warnings
Contains natural fibers and nutrients for specific intestinal bacteria such as Akkermansia municiphila and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Possible danger of suffocation for people with difficulty swallowing or if swallowed without adequate fluid intake.
