Description Food supplement based on titrated extract of Berberis aristata, red yeast rice from Monascus purpureus, milk thistle, folic acid, coenzyme Q10, with chromium and policosanols.
Berberis aristata helps maintain normal cholesterol levels, promotes the control of plasma triglycerides and helps regulate cardiovascular function. Milk thistle is useful for liver function, the body's purifying functions and as an antioxidant. Folate contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Ingredients
Berberis (Berberis aristata DC) root and bark from branches, dry extract titrated to 85% berberine hydrochloride; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; milk thistle (Silybum marianum L. Gaertn.) fruit, dry extract titrated to 80% silymarin, red yeast rice (fermented by Monascus purpureus) (Oryza sativa L.) seeds, dry extract titrated to 5% total monacolins; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), policosanols (from Oryza sativa L. seeds) titrated to 60% octacosanol, chromium picolinate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet with plenty of water in the evening.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (which provides a total monacolin content of less than 3 mg). Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age. It is advisable to consult a doctor before consuming the product if you have any health problems. Do not take if you are taking cholesterol-lowering drugs or other products containing red yeast rice. Berberine can occasionally cause gastric disturbances or induce constipation. In such cases, it is advisable to take it with food or to increase fluid intake throughout the day.
