Instructions for use
Dissolve 1 sachet twice a day in approximately 125 ml of water, wait at least 1 minute (activation time), stir again before drinking. It is recommended to take the product on an empty stomach, for example in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before dinner or before going to bed.
