Description
Food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, L-tryptophan, turmeric, vitamin B5, B6, chromium picolinate, zinc and vitamin C.
In particular: vitamin B5 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue; chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels; zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood; vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity; vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Ingredients
Lipoic acid (anti-caking agent: talc; emulsifier: ethylcellulose); bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, dicalcium phosphate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; stabilizer: ethylcellulose); L-tryptophan, CurQfen [(Curcuma longa L.) rhizome es tit. at 35% in total curcuminoids, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum L.) seed es]; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxypropylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), zinc bisglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate; colorants: calcium carbonate, iron oxides and iron hydroxides.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets of Almetax per day, after main meals.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia.

In case of alterations of liver function, biliary function or gallstones, the use of the product is not recommended. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
