Magnesio Supremo Donna is a food supplement designed for the general well-being of women, in fact it provides the right ingredients to meet the common needs in the different phases of life. It contains magnesium, vitamins B6, B9, B12, K2 and D3.
What is it useful for:
-Magnesium, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
-Magnesium, vitamins B6, B12 and folate contribute to normal psychological function.
-Folate contributes to the development of maternal tissues during pregnancy. Magnesium and vitamins B6, B12 and D intervene in the processes of cell division.
-Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.
-Magnesium, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to its normal functioning.
-Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells.
-Vitamins D, B6, B12 and folate contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
-Magnesium, vitamins D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

Citric acid (acidifier), magnesium carbonate, natural flavouring, microencapsulated vitamin K2 (glazing agents: acacia gum, tricalcium phosphate, medium chain triglycerides, menaquinone), sweetener: steviol glycosides; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), concentrated radish powder 0.2%, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Gluten and lactose free.
Free from sugar, GMOs and allergens.

How to use
Adults and children 14 years and older: a daily dosage of one teaspoon (about 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to a maximum of twice a day.
Children 11-14 years: one teaspoon once daily.
It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Warm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
You can also use room temperature or cold water.
We will have to wait for the solution to become transparent.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of greater tiredness. To facilitate absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, it is then possible to increase the dosage to the one best tolerated.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources and humidity.
