Description
Food supplement based on Californian poppy, useful for natural relaxation (sleep, in case of stress). Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Ingredients
California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial parts esc (0.2% total alkaloids as protopine), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) rhizome with roots esc (0.2% valerenic acids), passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial parts esc, hop (Humulus lupulus L.) female inflorescences esc, magnesium hydroxide (corresponding to magnesium); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable) and silicon dioxide.
The dry extracts are supported on corn maltodextrins.

How to use
Take 2-3 tablets daily.
It is advisable to take 1 tablet in the late afternoon and 1 or 2 tablets one hour before going to bed.
